Haus Maids Chandler’s Ford at the Lashes Ladies Charity Lunch 2025

At Haus Maids Chandler’s Ford, we are proud to be more than just a local domestic cleaning service, we’re an active part of the community we serve. That’s why we were truly honoured to attend the Lashes Ladies Charity Lunch 2025 at the Utilita Bowl, Hampshire, this summer, in support of two incredibly worthy causes: Alfie’s Wish and the Hampshire Cricket Foundation.

This uplifting event raised vital funds for Alfie’s Wish, which grants special experiences and days out for children with cancer, helping families make cherished memories during unimaginably difficult times. It also generated significant support for the Hampshire Cricket Foundation, which uses donations to fund grassroots cricket projects and youth cricket education across the region.

The event brought together local businesses, community leaders, and generous individuals for a vibrant afternoon of fundraising, entertainment, and shared purpose, all in the spirit of giving back and making a difference.

As a small business working in homes and with families every day, we’re passionate about contributing to the community around us. Events like this are a chance to support causes that have a real and lasting impact, connect with other values-driven local businesses, and be part of something bigger than ourselves. The day included a heartfelt and emotional video presentation from the Alfie’s Wish team, a fabulous fashion show that lit up the ballroom, a fantastic performance from a Robbie Williams tribute act adding energy and fun to the room, auctions and raffles with generous bids and donations made in the name of charity, and a room filled with warmth, generosity, and genuine community spirit.

We’re proud to have been part of such a meaningful afternoon and remain committed to continuing our support for the local community through future events and initiatives.
