A rewarding role with a company that values the people who make it great — Monday to Friday, no weekends, and the satisfaction of making a real difference to people’s lives every single day.

A Company That Does Things Differently

Haus Maids is one of the UK’s leading professional home cleaning companies. Founded in 2012, we have grown carefully into communities across the country where clients genuinely value a premium, reliable cleaning service.

Unlike many cleaning companies, every member of our cleaning team is a fully employed member of staff — not a self-employed contractor. That means job security, holiday pay, sick pay and a team around you that genuinely cares about your wellbeing and development. We invest in our people because we know that the quality of our service starts with the quality of our team.

What the Role Involves

As a member of a Haus Maids cleaning team, you will work alongside a small, close-knit team visiting clients’ homes in your local area. Your job is to deliver a consistently exceptional clean — one that leaves clients genuinely delighted every time you visit.

No two days are exactly the same. You will work in a variety of homes, building relationships with clients who trust you and look forward to your visits. It is a physical role that requires energy, attention to detail and a genuine pride in the work you do.

Most of our positions are full time, though some of our local offices also consider part time applicants. Working hours vary by location, but our clients are typically cleaned between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do not work weekends or bank holidays — giving you your personal time back.

What We Look For

You do not need any previous cleaning experience to join Haus Maids. We provide full training in all aspects of the role — including our cleaning methods, products, equipment and the high standards we expect on every visit.

What we cannot train is attitude. The people who thrive at Haus Maids are those who:

  • Genuinely enjoy making people happy and take pride in a job well done
  • Understand that great customer service is at the heart of everything we do
  • Are reliable, self-motivated and take responsibility for the quality of their work
  • Are friendly, approachable and comfortable working in clients’ homes
  • Have a strong work ethic and enjoy being active and on the go

We welcome applications from people who hold a driving licence and those who do not — transport arrangements vary by office and will be discussed at the application stage.

All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
