Every monthly clean is built around your individual requirements. Before your first visit we’ll discuss exactly what you’d like us to focus on and agree a bespoke cleaning plan for your home. For most monthly clients this covers:
- Bathrooms, en-suites and WCs – cleaned and sanitised thoroughly
- Kitchen – surfaces and all key areas
- All rooms dusted top to bottom, including skirting boards, surfaces and fixtures
- Floors vacuumed throughout, and mopped where required
- Any specific areas or priorities you’d like us to concentrate on

How It Works
Your Initial Clean
Before your monthly schedule begins, we carry out an initial clean to bring your home up to the standard we'll then maintain each month. This ensures your team starts from the right foundation and every subsequent visit feels consistent and thorough.
Your Monthly Visit
Once your plan is in place, your team arrives each month and gives your home the full attention it deserves. Every visit we're focused on the result. After every clean you'll receive a short feedback email so you can share any thoughts directly with your local office.
Flexibility When You Need It
If you need to adjust or move an appointment, simply give us the appropriate notice as set out in our terms. There's no minimum commitment period – we want the service to fit your life, and we'll always work with you to make that happen.
