What’s Included
As with all our regular services, your weekly clean is tailored to your home. Before your first visit we’ll discuss your priorities and agree exactly what you’d like us to cover. For most weekly clients this includes:
- Bathrooms, en-suites and WCs – cleaned and sanitised every week
- Kitchen – surfaces and all key areas
- All rooms dusted top to bottom, including skirting boards, surfaces and fixtures
- Floors vacuumed throughout, and mopped where required
- Any additional areas or specific requirements for your home
Your preferences are recorded on our management system so your team always knows exactly how you like things done.
How It Works
Your Initial Clean
Before your regular weekly schedule begins, we carry out an initial clean to bring your home up to the standard we'll then maintain. This ensures your team starts from the right baseline and your first regular visit feels exactly as it should.
Your Regular Schedule
Once your weekly clean is in place, it simply runs. Your team arrives, your home is cleaned to a consistently high standard, and you get on with your day. After every visit you'll receive a short feedback email so you can share any thoughts directly with your local office.
Flexibility When You Need It
Life doesn't always run to schedule. If you're away on holiday, have guests staying or need to move an appointment for any reason, simply give us the appropriate notice as set out in our terms and we'll take care of it. There's no minimum commitment period, and no pressure — we want the service to work around your life.
