Before we carry out any end of tenancy clean, we agree in writing exactly what is included in the service – and equally, what falls outside of its scope. This means there are no surprises for anyone involved, and both you and your local Haus Maids office have a clear shared understanding of what the clean covers.
If there are additional services you’d like to include – such as interior windows, inside kitchen cupboards, inside appliances, oven cleaning or inside the fridge and freezer – these can all be discussed and added to your quote during your consultation.
Please note that specialist services such as professional carpet or upholstery cleaning fall outside of our standard offering. If these are required, your local office will be able to advise on whether they can assist in arranging this through a third party.
