What’s Included
Every three-weekly clean is shaped around your individual requirements. Before your first visit we’ll discuss what you’d like us to focus on and build your bespoke cleaning plan. This will typically draw from:
- Bathrooms, en-suites and WCs – cleaned and sanitised thoroughly
- Kitchen – surfaces and all key areas
- All rooms dusted top to bottom, including skirting boards, surfaces and fixtures
- Floors vacuumed throughout, and mopped where required
- Any specific areas or priorities you’d like us to concentrate on
Your plan is recorded on our management system so your team knows exactly what’s expected on every visit – and any substitute, on the rare occasion one is needed, will be just as prepared.
How It Works
Your Initial Clean
Before your three-weekly schedule begins, we carry out an initial clean to bring your home up to the standard we'll then maintain. This gives your team the right starting point and ensures your regular visits feel consistent from the very first one.
Your Regular Schedule
Once your plan is in place, your team arrives every three weeks and gets to work. After every visit you'll receive a short feedback email so you can share any thoughts directly with your local office – we want every clean to feel exactly right.
Flexibility When You Need It
If you need to move an appointment or take a break while you're on holiday, simply give us the appropriate notice as set out in our terms. There's no minimum commitment period – the service is here to make your life easier, and we'll always do our best to accommodate your schedule.
