Haus Maids is a network of professional home cleaning businesses operating across the UK. Each office is owned and run by a local Director who has built their business with a single focus – delivering an outstanding cleaning experience to every client, every time.
We have grown steadily since our founding in 2012, carefully expanding into markets where we know there is a genuine need for the Haus Maids standard of service. Every new office that joins our network does so because they share the same values, the same standards and the same commitment to doing things properly.
We are not an agency. We are not a directory of self-employed cleaners. We are a professional cleaning company – and the difference matters.

Our People
We have high standards for the people who join our teams. Every candidate goes through a rigorous recruitment and selection process before they are offered a position. Every new team member is fully background-checked and receives thorough training before they begin working in clients' homes.
Our teams arrive in company uniform, in a company vehicle, with all the equipment and products they need to do an exceptional job. The products we use are carefully selected and safe for use in the home. Everything about the way our teams present themselves reflects the standards we hold ourselves to.
Security & Trust
We understand that inviting a cleaning team into your home requires a significant degree of trust, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Your home is looked after by a local Director who owns their business and is personally accountable for the service you receive – backed by the standards and support of the wider Haus Maids network
- Every team member is fully background-checked prior to working in any client’s home
- We hold full public liability insurance and key holder insurance
- Client keys are stored securely, coded without any property details
- Alarm codes are managed securely within our management system
- Our teams operate under a strict code of conduct at all times whilst working in clients’ homes
- We act with honesty, integrity and the utmost respect for your home and your property
Our Guarantee
We are confident in the standard of work our teams deliver. But if you are ever not completely satisfied with any aspect of your clean, we will return to put it right – at no extra charge, and as quickly as practically possible.
Your local Director will also carry out periodic quality visits to ensure standards are being consistently maintained. After every clean you will receive a feedback email so you can share your thoughts directly with your local office. We take that feedback seriously and act on it.
